It's official. Salma Hayek really hates snakes. During a recent press junket for her upcoming film "Grown Ups," the actress broke into uncontrollable screams of terror when a snake worked its way onto the set.
In a video posted by the New York Daily News, Hayek is seen jumping into the lap of co-star Maya Rudolph and then being carried off the set by a crew member. Between shrieks, Hayek is heard screaming "Somebody do something!" and thanking her rescuer with audible tremors in her voice.
"It was like a python," co-star Maria Bello told "Extra." "It was thick. Its head was like this, like a cobra!"
When asked how Hayek was holding up after the incident, Rudolph jokingly added, "She split. She's on the next plane."
"Grown Ups" also stars Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider and hits theaters on June 25.
Extra TV's Terri Seymour interviewed Salma Hayek, Maria Bello and Maya Rudolph during a press junket at Malibou Lake, Calif., for the actresses' new movie Grown Ups when a snake appeared. Watch their reactions:

Hayek, in the midst of a joint interview to "Extra" about her new film, "Grown Ups," all but mounts co-star Maya Rudolph in her attempt to scramble away from a snake on the set, clambering over director's chairs in four-inch heels.
Hayek is clearly terrified, but her other co-star, Maria Bello, sees the humor in the situation (but she still climbs atop her chair to get away from the snake. Everyone is trying to comfort the shrieking Hayek until a gentleman carries her away.

There's no doubt today's biggest buzz was around the outrageous new video of Salma Hayek FREAKING OUT over a snake - and it's all caught on tape! Salma and her "Grown Ups" co-stars Maya Rudolph and Maria Bello were doing an outdoor interview with "Extra" when an off-camera creature slithered over. Salma was so scared she literally CLIMBED ON TOP of Maya Rudolph in heels and a short skirt! Screaming!
